Vehicle description: fifth wheel trailers. There is a lack of a ground to the junction box located under the gooseneck and above the pin box. This could result in a failure to activate the brakes in the event the fifth wheel becomes disengaged from the tow vehicle.

icon2 How to Fix:

Dealers will install a ground wire between the junction box and the trailer frame.

Owner notification began July 24, 2000. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact keystone RV at 1-219-642-4001.
