Recall Summary:
Vehicle description: class a motor homes, model numbers 280, 300, 321, and 340. The front side marker lights were not installed as required under federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment. "
How to Fix:
Coachmen will inspect and repair the motor homes.
Recall Notes:
Owner notification began October 16, 2000. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact coachmen at 1-800-453-6064.
