Recall Summary:
Vehicle description: step van chassis. A hose was used in the power steering system that is not compatible with power steering fluid.
How to Fix:
Dealers will remove and replace the subject hoses.

Owner notification began November 22, 2000. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact freightliner at 1-800-547-0712.
