Recall Summary:
Vehicle description: heavy duty trucks. The steering gear fasteners were incorrectly tightened and can work loose.
How to Fix:
Dealers will remove, degrease, and retorque steering gear mounting bolts.

Owner notification began November 27, 2000. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact mack at 1-610-709-3011.
