Vehicle description: certain school buses equipped with kinedyne l series button track seating, fail to comply with fmvss no. 222, ""school bus passenger seating and crash protection. " incorrect fasteners were used to secure the button track to the bus floor.

Dealers will replace the incorrect fasteners with the correct attachment hardware.

Owner notification began March 9, 2001. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact thomas built at 1-336-881-7219.
