On certain class c motor homes, the battery cable is routed in a location that allows exposure to high exhaust manifold temperatures, which could damage the cables.
Dealers will inspect the cables for damage and location within the engine compartment. Should damage be present, the cables will be replaced. Owner notification began July 29, 2002. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact monaco at 1-800-685-6545.
