Recall Summary:
Certain orion buses equipped with sure-lok wheelchair tie-down securement assemblies. The sprocket teeth of the retractor assembly may be out of alignment causing the load pawl not to fully seat in the sprocket teeth.
How to Fix:
Sure-lok will conduct the owner notification and remedy for this campaign. Dealers will inspect and replace the wheelchair securement retractors as necessary. Owners should contact sure-lok at 1-866-787-3565 or orion at 905-403-1111.
