Recall Summary:
Certain travel trailers have the potential for the brake wires to be improperly secured along the trailer frame. This could lead to the brake wires coming in contact with the axle mounting plate and chafing through the protective insulation.
How to Fix:
Dealers will replace and re-route the axle brake wire to clear the axle mounting plate. The recall began December 1, 2004. Owners should contact jayco at 574-825-0608.
