Recall Summary:Certain vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 121, "air brake systems (abs). " the indicator light that notifies the driver of a malfunction in the trailer abs was not installed as required.
How to Fix:Dealers will install the abs malfunction warning light free of charge. The recall began on February 6, 2006. Owners may contact peterbilt at 940-591-4201.
