Recall Summary:
Certain light trucks fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 206, "door locks and door retention components. " an arc weld is missing on some right side rear door upper latch assemblies.
How to Fix:
Dealers will replace the upper latch assembly free of charge. The recall began on April 3, 2006. Owners may contact Nissan at 800-662-6200.
