On certain road star warrior motorcycles, the lead wires for the pick-up coil can break while the engine is running, causing the engine to stall and be impossible to restart.

Dealers will replace the pick-up coil. The recall began on March 2, 2007. Owners may contact yamaha at 1-800-227-5963.
