Recall Summary:
On certain trucks, the hood restraint cylinder does not contain enough dampening to adequately restrain the hood.
How to Fix:
Dealers will replace the hood restraint cylinders free of charge. The recall began on October 15, 2007. Owners may contact Volvo trucks at 1-800-528-6586.
