On certain trucks, the daytime running lights (drl) module may contain a suspect metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor (mosfet) that could overheat.

Dealers will replace the suspect drl module free of charge. The recall began on October 31, 2007. Owners may contact mack trucks at 1-800-528-6586.
