Recall Summary:
On certain trucks, the wiper motor ground wire was omitted in a new harness design. The wiper motor may not operate or may function intermittently.
How to Fix:
Dealers will add a ground wire to the wiper motor harness. The recall began on may 13, 2008. Owners may contact freightliner at 1-800-547-0712.
