Recall Summary:Terex telelect is recalling certain model year 1999 through 2009 texoma 330 auger drills with telescoping polesetter extension mounted on trucks. The vehicles involved utilized a hydraulic cylinder to articulate the polesetter extension. The vehicles are pressure diggers used to drill holes and handle poles. The extension can have unintended movement up to 4 to 6 inches when other functions are operated.
How to Fix:Terex will notify owners and will repair the vehicles free of charge. The safety recall began on April 16, 2010. Owners may contact terex's utilities warranty department at 1-605-884-3892.
