Aep is recalling certain model year 2009-2010 dc912a chipper units manufactured from January 2009, through September 2010, for wheel lug nuts that may become loose allowing the wheel and/or tire to come off while traveling.

icon2 How to Fix:

Aep will replace the axle hub/drums and wheel rims that have been repeatedly loose. This service will be performed free of charge. The safety recall began on April 20, 2011. Owners may contact altec at 1-877-462-5832.
