Recall Summary:Temsa global is recalling certain model year 2007-2010 ts35 buses for failing to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 217, "bus emergency exits and window retention and release. " the buses may have one too few emergency exits on each side of the bus for the number of seats that the bus is equipped with.
How to Fix:Temsa will notify owners, and will install a third emergency exit window on each side side of the bus, free of charge. The recall began on January 3, 2013. Owners may contact temsa at 1-404-602-0151.
