Altec is recalling certain model year 2005-2013 ah75/85/100 aerial devices manufactured April 2005 through April 2013; and equipped with current leakage monitoring systems. The cable for the current leakage monitoring system may be too long and may breach the gap provided by the lower boom fiberglass insert chassis insulating system.

Altec will notify owners and dealers will inspect and properly secure the leakage monitor cable. The recall is expected to begin during September 2013. Altec's recall number is csn 585. Owners may contact altec at 1-877-462-5832.
