Winnebago industries, inc. (winnebago) is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 travato, 2014 trend, and 2014 itasca viva! motorhomes manufactured November 13, 2013, through February 11, 2014, and built on the ram promaster chassis. In the affected vehicles, if the accelerator pedal is pushed downward at a certain angle, the pedal may get stuck in the wide open throttle position due to interference with the accelerator pedal stopper.

Chrysler has notified owners, and dealers will replace the accelerator pedal stopper with a larger one, free of charge. The recall began on March 27, 2014. Owners may contact winnebago at 1-800-537-1885.
