Terex aerial work platforms (terex) is recalling certain model year 2014 tz-50 trailer-mounted aerial work platforms. A process change in welding of the tubes may result in a crack in one of the welds on the extendable boom section. This could cause failure of the welds in that section.

Terex has notified owners, and dealers will replace the boom sections, free of charge. The recall began on March 14, 2014. Owners may contact terex at 1-800-536-1800.
