Recall Summary:Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 seismic pinnacle and eagle premier recreational trailers manufactured April 3, 2013, to February 27, 2015. In the affected vehicles, a rivet for the quad entry steps may shear and fail, causing the steps to give when being used.
How to Fix:Jayco will notify owners, and dealers will replace the defective rivets with bolts, free of charge. The recall began on June 4, 2015. Owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.
