Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain model year 2011-2016 glaval titan ii low floor diesel transit buses manufactured October 5, 2011, to September 11, 2015. During installation of the floor decking, a screw may have pierced the exhaust tube.

Forest river will notify owners, and dealers will remove and inspect the exhaust system, sealing or replacing it, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on October 7, 2015.
