Ducati north America (ducati) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 multistrada 1200 and 1200 s motorcycles manufactured December 1, 2014, to June 11, 2015. In the affected vehicles, the side-stand may break, due to an incorrect length of the side-stand support tube.

Ducati will notify owners, and dealers will replace the side-stand support tubes, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on November 5, 2015. Owners may contact ducati customer service at 1-800-231-6696. The recall number for this recall is rcl-15-003.
