Altec industries inc. (altec) is recalling certain 2017 at aerial devices mounted on Ford f-550 chassis. A circuit breaker located under the hood may contact the hood, potentially resulting in an electrical short.

Altec has notified owners, and dealers will update the circuit breaker bracket and install a insulating chafe pad, free of charge. The recall began on January 12, 2018. Owners may contact altec customer service at 1-205-991-7733. Altec's number for this recall is mab 675.
