Recall Summary:
mercedes-benz usa, llc. (mbusa) is recalling certain 2020 amg gt vehicles. the emergency call system (ecall) communication module may be missing the wiring harness ground line, which may cause the system to relay an inaccurate vehicle location, and restrict the ability to communicate verbally with the call center.
How to Fix:
mbusa will notify owners, and dealers will repair the wiring harness of the communication module, free of charge. the recall is expected to begin june 20, 2020. owners may contact mbusa customer service at 1-800-367-6372.
