Recall Summary:
mack trucks, inc. (mack) is recalling certain 2021-2022 anthem, granite, and pinnacle vehicles. the hubcap compression spring can cause the hubcap to separate.
How to Fix:
the remedy is still under development. in the interim, dealers will remove the hubcap, free of charge. interim owner notification letters are expected to be mailed july 23, 2021. owners will receive a second notice when the remedy is available. owners may contact mack customer service at 1-800-866-1177. mack's number for this recall is sc0425.
