Recall Summary:
ford motor company (ford) is recalling certain 2022 transit vehicles equipped with a rearview camera. these vehicles may have a missing audio control module (acm), resulting in no rearview camera image while in reverse gear.
How to Fix:
dealers will install the audio control module and program the unit, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed september 26, 2022. owners may contact ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. ford's number for this recall is 22s54.
