navistar, inc. (navistar) is recalling certain 2022-2023 international hx vehicles. the tie rod clamps may have been improperly heat-treated, causing them to fail and allowing the tie rods to separate.

dealers will replace both tie rod end clamps, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed october 3, 2022. owners may contact navistar's customer service at 1-800-448-7825. navistar's number for this recall is 22520.
