Recall Summary:
daimler trucks north america, llc (dtna) is recalling certain 2023 thomas built busses saf-t-liner c2 jouley school busses. an insufficient connection in the battery pack may cause the battery management system to shut down unexpectedly.
How to Fix:
dealers will inspect and repair the battery, as necessary, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed january 21, 2023. owners may contact dtna customer service at 1-800-547-0712. dtna's number for this recall is fl-960.
