Recall Summary:
forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2016-2017 ameralite cargo trailers. the welded trailer drawbars may be insufficient for the gross vehicle weight rating (gvwr), which can cause the drawbars to fracture.
How to Fix:
dealers will replace the drawbars, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed march 1, 2023. owners may contact forest river customer service at 1-574-848-1335. forest river's number for this recall is 24-1592.
