Recall Summary:
mercedes-benz usa, llc (mbusa) is recalling certain 2022-2023 eqs 450, amg eqs, eqs 580, and 2023 amg eqe vehicles. a software error in the electric drivetrain may cause a loss of drive power.
How to Fix:
dealers will update the electric drivetrain software, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed august 4, 2023. owners may contact mbusa customer service at 1-800-367-6372.
