Recall Summary:
daimler trucks north america, llc (dtna) is recalling certain 2023 freightliner m2, fccc mt 55g walk in van chassis, fccc s2c-106 conventional cab & chassis, fccc mc chassis, and thomas built saf-t-liner c2 vehicles. the driveshafts can break under certain loading conditions.
How to Fix:
dealers will replace the driveshafts, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed september 30, 2023. owners may contact dtna customer service at 1-800-547-0712. dtna's number for this recall is fl980.
