Recall Summary:prevost car (us) inc. (prevost) is recalling certain 2024 h3-45 and h3-45 vip vehicles. the grommet that protects the battery cables passing through a metallic panel was improperly installed, allowing the cables to chafe on the edges of the panel and potentially short circuit.
How to Fix:prevost will inspect and reinstall the grommet, if necessary, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed april 19, 2024. owners may contact prevost customer service at 1-866-870-2046. prevost's number for this recall is sr24-12.
