Recall Summary:
chrysler (fca us, llc) is recalling certain 2024 pacifica and voyager vehicles. the windshield may not have been properly bonded to the vehicle, allowing it to detach during a crash. as such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard number 212, "windshield mounting."
How to Fix:
dealers will replace the windshield, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed may 17, 2024. owners may contact fca customer service at 1-800-853-1403. fca's number for this recall is 25b.
