Recall Summary:
coach and equipment mfg. corp. (coach and equipment) is recalling certain 2024 phoenix shuttle buses, equipped with certain go-es space saver foldaway seats. the recliner mechanism may not engage when the seat back is fully reclined.
How to Fix:
coach and equipment will direct owners to freedman's instructions on how to inspect and repair the seat as necessary, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed may 13, 2024. owners may contact coach and equipment customer service at 1-800-724-8464.
