Recall Summary:mcneilus truck & manufacturing, inc. (mcneilus) is recalling certain 2015-2024 zero radius refuse trucks. the side loader arm may not be properly secured, resulting in unexpected movement while driving.
How to Fix:mcneilus will provide new latch assemblies, free of charge. in addition, a mcneilus technician will update the vehicle software, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed october 18, 2024. owners may contact mcneilus' customer service at 1-888-686-7278.
