Recall Summary:
chrysler (fca us, llc) is recalling certain 2024 ram promaster battery electric (bev) vehicles. incorrect software in the motor control processor module (mcpa) may cause a loss of drive power.
How to Fix:
dealers will update the mcpa software, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed october 10, 2024. owners may contact chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. chrysler's number for this recall is 99b.
