Recall Summary:
daimler trucks north america, llc (dtna) is recalling certain 2020-2025 freightliner ecascadia and 2022-2026 freightliner em2 trucks. the electric vehicle power distribution module (evdm) may not be assembled properly, which can cause electrical circuits to disconnect and result in a loss of drive power.
How to Fix:
the remedy is currently under development. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed march 31, 2025. owners may contact dtna customer service at 1-800-547-0712. dtna's number for this recall is f1017.
