Recall Summary:
nova bus (us) inc. (nova bus) is recalling certain 2022-2023 nova bus lfs transit buses. the high voltage batteries may have loose hardware that can fall inside the battery pack and create a short circuit.
How to Fix:
nova bus will replace the batteries, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed may 27, 2025. owners may contact nova bus customer service at 800-350-6682. nova bus's number for this recall is cr5687.
