gillig, llc (gillig) is recalling certain 2023-2024 low floor transit buses. the high voltage batteries may have loose hardware that can fall inside the battery pack and create a short circuit.
gillig will replace the batteries, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed april 30, 2025. owners may contact gillig customer service at 1-800-735-1500.
