Possibility that throttle control stop on the downshift valve cam may break. If the cam is broken, the throttle linkage could stick when the accelerator pedal is pushed to the floor fordownshift. (inspect and replace valve cam if broken. Install throttle linkage limit stop whether valve cam has broken or not. )
