Possible freezing condition of the throttle valve in the 'mixture controller' on fuel injection engines. If this condition occurs, the throttle in the air intake housing will freeze and the accelerator pedal will not return to idle position, thus preventing normal engine deceleration. (modify crank case ventilation system to insure safe operation. )
