Possibility that power brake booster may malfunction under cold weather conditions. This can be caused by sticking of an internal rubber control valve or by a delay in the action of the check valve. This malfunction could result in a considerable increase in the pedal pressure required to stop the car. (replace booster with redesigned unit. )
