Possible small discrepancy in the interior bore finish of wire wheel adaptors. The fault is in the form of a minor surface crack. Testing does not indicate that they are liable to early failures and probably extremely unreasonable and severe use conditions would be necessary to make them fail at all. (inspect and replace the hub adaptor as required. )
