icon3 Recall Summary:

icon2 How to Fix:

icon4 Recall Notes:

Possibility that power steering booster ball stud housing is under sized. This will reduce strength of housing, result in fatigue crack in area of ballstud and affect 'free play' of steering wheel. If crack in housing is allowed to progress far enough ball stud could work loose from housing and result in loss of steering control. (correct by replacing undersized housing with improved proper size. )

Date Owners notified by Manufacturer: Dec 18, 1968
