Possibility vehicle may be equipped with wheels which cannot be pro- perlyseated on mounting flange, due to interference between front wheels and brakedrums in valve stem area. This could result in cracking of wheel disc and im-proper service brake action. (cor- rect by replacing wheels with pro- per sizewheels. )
