Possibility that front wheel assembly bolts holding wheel to brake drum wereimproperly tightened, which could result in nuts loosening. If nuts loosen,bolt thread could be damaged and/or could pro- trude into brake drum chambercausing damage to brake com- ponent parts. (correct by in- specting andproperly tightening nuts when necessary. )
