Possibility that during freeway driv- ing vehicles fitted with zenith-stromberg carburetor and hot start valves could have actuating lever of hotstart valve interfere with throttle return. This could result in apartially-open throttle during deceleration. (correct by modifying hot startvalve to pre- clude possible throttle sticking. )
