Possibility that during assembly one or more 15" x 6" chassis wheels havingimproper welds were in- stalled. This could cause rim to separate from spider,or center section of the wheel, resulting in difficulty with steering control. (correct by inspecting and replac- ing with new wheels where neces- sary. )
