Oshkosh service bulletin no 87. Truck. Possibility that torq ue rods maybreak because of inadequate butt welds. Breakageof torque rods would allowtandem axle to lose restraints andcause loss of vehicle control as well asadditional damage torelated mechanical components. (correct by replacingwhere ne cessary. )
